Clearly identified products, coded by number and color, allow molders to apply the level of release performance needed throughout an entire mold, or in each specific area of a mold or process<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>FLEX-Z 1.0<\/strong>: Minimum Release \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Prevents pre-release and enhances adhesion from tapes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FLEX-Z 3.0<\/strong>: Low\/Medium Release \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 Standard choice for large molds and flat areas. Ideal for occasional areas with pre-release issues.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FLEX-Z 4.0<\/strong>: Medium\/High Release \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0The &#8220;workhorse&#8221; \u2013 When in doubt, start here.<\/li>\n<li><strong>FLEX-Z 6.0<\/strong>: Extra High Release \u2013\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 For challenges during difficult demolding or on edges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The short curing times between applications also allow for faster and easier mold preparation. Depending on the mold, a full &#8220;base&#8221; coat is applied (e.g., Flex-Z 3.0 or Flex-Z 4.0), after which the release effect is adjusted on top of this layer.
